Adam O. Medina

age 49, of Hammond, IN, passed away September 03, 2020. He is survived by his loving children, Joseph Medina of Hammond; Alyssa (Fiancé, Jeremy Callison) Medina, Jorge (Danielle) Medina, Trevor (Sabrina) Medina, Jesse (Melissa) Medina; grandchildren, Jayden, Mason, Roman, Mikayla, Clover, Kaydence, Genesis and Natalia; dear mother, Maria Dolores (nee Ortiz) Medina-Estrada; sister, Oralia (Pablo) Lopez; brother, Oscar (Glenda) Medina, Norman Medina; sister, Eva (Michael) Combs; niece, Silvia Lopez; great niece, Daniella Medina; and nephews, Aaron Petrasich, Mark Medina, Sam Combs and Louis Combs. He was preceded in death by his father, Serbando Medina and brother, Abel Medina.

Adam was born on September 10 to parents Serbando Medina and Maria Dolores Estrada. He was a 1989 graduate of George Roger's Clark High School. He later became a Maintenance Mechanic as well as going back to school to complete Training to become a Journeyman. He loved movies, working on cars, and will be remembered as the, "grammar police." In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adam's family.
