Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church 8624 White Oak Ave. Munster, IN. Anna will lie in state at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service. At rest St. Nicholas Cemetery Hammond, IN.
