Anne J. Walsko (nee Balata)

Age 95, of Highland, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, Mary (Sean) Harrigan; brother, Mike Balata; sister-in-law, Irene Walsko; two nephews and three nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband; Rudy Walsko; brother-in-law Michael Walsko; parents, Demetro and Anastazya Balata.

Anne was a medical secretary in Chicago for over 20 years prior to the birth of her daughter.  She was a long-time parishoner of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in Munster.  Anne enjoyed traveling with her family to favorite destinations for many years.
