Armando Israel Castillo

age 66, of East Chicago, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2017. Armando is survived by his children: Amanda Castillo, Corinne Castillo and Nathan Castillo; siblings: Ophie (Vince) Gonzalez, Robert (Marina) Castillo, Mauro Castillo Jr.,Carmen Castillo, Maria Elena Montanez and Helo Montanez-Fernandez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Mauro and Aurora. Armando proudly served his county in the U.S. Marine Corp.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave Schererville, IN. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 7:00 PM with Dc. Raymond Helfen officiating. Armando will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Elwood, IL.
