Arnulfo "Arnold" Guerrero

Age 65, of Highland, IN, formerly Gary, IN, was called by the Lord on Thursday, November 21. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Rosa (nee Ortiz); daughter, Monique Guerrero; mother, Maria Celia Guerrero; dear godsons, Christopher (Anna) Loy and Johnny (fiancé Raya Miller) Chavez; sister, Isabel (Arthur) Govea; in-laws: Jesse Ortiz, Juanita (Robert) Hernandez, Isabel Ortiz, and Maria Ortiz-Lopez; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Julian Guerrero and in-laws, Jesus and Seferina Ortiz, Margaret Espinosa, Anna Ramos, Kathy Ortiz, and John Ortiz.

Arnold worked security at ISM as well as LTV. He retired after 35 years from Ford Motor Company in Chicago Heights, IL. He enjoyed fishing and golfing and was an avid Bears fan. Arnold, his personality, and his unique sense of humor will be missed dearly by all those who knew him.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave. Schererville, IN. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 27, DIRECTLY AT St. Stanislaus Church, 808 W 150th St, East Chicago, IN 46312 with Fr. Jeffrey D. Burton officiating. Arnold will lie-in-state at the church from 9:30 AM until time of Mass. Services conclude at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to William J.
