Candace Wozniak

age 64, of Schererville, IN, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Candace is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, David Wozniak; daughters, Andrea (Chris) Frankovich and Jillian (John) Rivera; grandchildren, Ben, Shane, Owen, Gabriel and Sophia; Mother, Phillis Fletcher (nee Nomensen); sisters, Cara Fletcher and Christa (Douglas) Byers; and nieces and nephews. Preceded by step-father, Elbert Fletcher and paternal father Phillip Metzger.

Candace was a 1977 graduate of Lake Central High School. She was a head supervisor for Prompt Ambulance. Candace will be dearly missed and cherished.

A Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave. Schererville, IN. A Prayer Service will be held at 3:00 PM. Services conclude at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to Northwest Indiana Parkinsons Association would be appreciated.
