CHARLES RAYMOND MITCHELL
age 75, of Hessville, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Sandy; children: Warren (Anne) Mitchell, Mary Ann (Jamie) Partyka, Brian (Kellie) Renninger and Kevin (Naomi) Mitchell; grandchildren: Justin, Johnathan, Sarah, Allisa, Tyler, Heather, Brittany, Tatem, Kaedynce and Mason; numerous great grandchildren; brothers: Ronnie (Chong), Dick (Linda) and Archie (Jinny) Mitchell. Preceded in death by his parents Archie and Sarah Mitchell.
Ray retired from Dawn Foods after 25 years of service as a Sales Rep. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed watching the Cubs and loved to watch his granddaughter play softball. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Spring Mill Health Campus and Harbor Light Hospice.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave (corner of Main and Kennedy) Schererville with Rev. Rob Dorow. At rest Chapel Lawn Cemetery Schererville. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
