Charles David Pirtle

Age 83, of Hammond- Hessville, IN, born August 14, 1938, passed away Saturday September 18, 2021. He is survived by his loving sons, Timothy (Jaime) Pirtle, Charles (Charlene) Pirtle Jr., and Mike Hughes; loving daughter Karen (Ron) Redkey; adoring sister, Marta Drummond; numerous grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by beloved his beloved wife Dorothy; loving daughter Julie Long; loving son, Jerry Hughes; and fond brothers Shelby and Billy Pirtle. He was an avid fisherman, in which was his hobby that he loved and enjoyed. According to Charles' wishes there were no services. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
