Dale Martin Zajac

age 69, of Warsaw, IN, formally of Chicago, IL passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Dale is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Maxine; loving children: Tammy (Nathaniel) Kristensen-Gaska, Martin (Andrea) Zajac, and Haley (Christopher) Kaminski; dearest mother, Constance Zajac (nee Smith); siblings: Timothy (Julie) Zajac, Connielynn (Jeffery) Edwards, Dineen (Gabe) Montoya; mother of his children Jan Zajac (nee Birdwell); precious grandchildren: Bradley Kristensen, Neil Kristensen, Heather Kristensen, Nathaniel Gaska, Jr., Audrey Zajac, Wyatt Zajac, Bear Zajac, and River Kaminski; great-granddaughter Nora Kristensen; granddaughter Tonya Lee Rosolowski-Garcia; and great-grandchildren Elliot and Evan. Preceded in death by his son Jason Dale Zajac; father Martin Zajac; sister Denise Walgren; step-daughter Kathleen A. Rosolowski-Tatkus; and grandson Jason Richard Rosolowski.

Dale worked for the Chicago Public School system and also worked as a bricklayer.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Avenue, Schererville, IN. A Service celebrating Dale's life will be held at 1:30 PM with Father Mark Pavlina officiating.
