Danny Lee Garrison

age 71, of Hammond, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018. Danny is survived by the mother of his children Kay Garrison; their daughter Nancy Garrison and sons Benjie (Traci) Garrison and Daniel Todd (Erika) Garrison; grandchildren: Benjamin, Daniel, Kailey, Taylor, Dylan and Derick; his brother Harold (Rosa) Garrison; aunt June Hubbard; nieces and nephew. Preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ruby Garrison.

Friends and family will gather to honor Danny and celebrate his life on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 7109 Calumet Ave Hammond, IN. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 6:00 pm with Dc. Raymond Helfen leading our prayers.

Danny proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps. He was employed as an Ironworker for Local 395 and retired after 25 years. Danny was a lifelong bowler at Olympia Lanes and was proud of his 300 game and 814 series.  He also loved to coach and coached Edison Little League for several years.
