David W. Kiel

Beloved husband, Father and Grandfather, David W. Kiel, passed away at the age of 67. The Lord called him home on Wednesday November 17th, 2021 while he was surrounded by his loving family at home.

This gentle, loving, caring man has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and will be greatly missed by his wife of 48 years Sandy (Simale) and his children Mike (Kim)Kiel, Karyn (Mark Neuwirth).

The legacy of Dave's kind spirit, respectful work ethic and love of fishing will live on through his grandchildren Taylor Kiel and Tyler, Jacob and Kayla Skertich. Dave has made a strong impact in the lives of each one.

He was a quiet and kind gentleman holding the highest integrity in business as he worked alongside his children in the family business. He was well respected and considered his employees as friends. Dave spent his entire life building business relationships that would become friendships lasting his lifetime.

Dave has been reunited with his loved ones as he is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Dolores Kiel, his sister Kathleen Greenwood and brother Denny Kiel.

Dave will be forever remembered for his soothing voice, generous heart, loving embrace and unconditional love.  Although our hearts are heavy, we will celebrate his life and find comfort that he is in heaven watching over us.

Private family services have been held and a Celebration of David's Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to AIM at Melanoma Foundation to support Dave's daughter Karyn as she continues her fight while raising awareness, something Dave was immensely proud of.
