Deborah Kulesa

Deborah Kulesa, age 69, of East Chicago, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Deborah is survived by her sister Michaelene Kulesa.

Deborah was a graduate of Bishop Noll Institute and St. Joseph College where she received a Bachelor's Degree in English. Deborah was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in East Chicago and she and her friend Mary Ann Kenar repaired the stain glass windows there. Deborah had a huge interest in photography and her photos were displayed at Towle Theater in Hammond. One of her photos of lightning was featured on an Indianapolis TV weather broadcast. She was an H.R. Specialist for the last 13 years with Comfort Keepers in Highland, Indiana. Prior to Comfort Keepers, Deborah worked at Shore Color Lab in Hammond as a photo specialist for many years.
