Dominic David Angel Garibay "Dom"
Age 22, of Hammond, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 1, 2024. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Montejano; father, Carl Garibay; siblings: Carl Jr., Eric, Azriel, and Paris; grandparents: Julian and Guadalupe Montejano, and David (late) Bernadette Garibay; dear love, Hailee and her daughter, Azaree; and many aunts, uncles, and dear cousins. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Alyssa Yvette; aunts; Linda, and Jennifer; and uncle Julian.

Dom had a passion for motorcycles that defined him. Above all, he valued the time spent with family and friends. He formed an unbreakable bond with his brothers, who were as close to him as his own heartbeat. Together, they built memories that were full of laughter, love, and loyalty, and they shared a camaraderie that was unmatched.

Dom leaves behind a family and circle of friends who were blessed to know him and love him. He will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his generosity, and his unwavering loyalty.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2024, DIRECTLY at St. John Bosco Church, 7113 Columbia Ave., Hammond, IN with Fr. Jeffrey D. Burton officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 9:30 AM until time of Mass. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
