Age 70, of Whiting, IN passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. She is survived by her loving children, Patricia Hart and Christina Hart; brothers, Joseph (Linda) Stefanich and Tom (Anita) Stefanich and sister Sandy (Jerry) Kreevich. Preceded in death by her precious infant son, Michael Gerard.

Dorothy was a 1970 graduate of Whiting High School. She then went on to receive her BA in Accounting and Business Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph. She retired as an accountant from LKQ in Blue Island, IL. Dorothy was a hard-working independent woman who accomplished many goals throughout her life. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
