EILEEN E. FERGUSON

age 95, of Park Ridge, IL, passed away Friday February 14, 2014. Eileen is survived by her children: Thomas (Shirlene) Skilling, of San Antonio, TX; Charlene (late Ray) Hazlett, of Columbus, OH; Patricia (late Lyle) Fitzsimmons, of IL; June (Douglas) Cook, of Wellington, FL; grandchildren: Christopher, Natalie, Thomas, Kelly, Cynthia, John, Catherine, Michael, Kaycee and Sarah; many great grandchildren; brother Jack (Francis) Deasy; nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband Maurice Ferguson, granddaughter Bonnie, one brother, four sisters and special cousin Wilma.

Eileen was a strong, tenacious woman who loved life and cherished the time spent with her family. She enjoyed travel and had a big heart for animals. Eileen enjoyed tending to her beautiful rose bushes, loved to cook and bake and liked to play games, especially bingo. She will be dearly missed by her loving family.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday February 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. John Bosco Catholic Church 7113 Columbia Ave with Fr. Richard Orlinski officiating. Eileen will lie in state at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service. Friends may visit with the family on Monday February 17, 2014 from 2:00-8:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 7109 Calumet Ave Hammond.
