HELEN J. SCHIEMANN

age 83, of Hammond, passed away Monday October 6, 2014. Helen is survived by her children: Lloyd Jr. (Laura), Deborah (Gary) Kohonen, Jeffery and Gregory Schiemann; grandchildren: Brian (Heidi), Jennifer (Nicholas), Stephen and Samantha (Tavo); great grandchildren: Tyler, Brandon, Kayla, Cameron, Xander and Cain; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Sr., brother Daniel, brothers and sisters in law.

Helen touched the lives of many with her caring nature. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 11, 2014 at 6:30 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave (corner of Main and Kennedy) Schererville with Dc. Raymond Helfen officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 1:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Helen will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
