JAMES E. WAROT

age 81, of Highland, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016. James is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Patricia; daughters: Cindy (Phil) Amodeo, Kim (Greg) Hahn and Denise (Jim) Gavin; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one little angel on the way; sister Pat (Bill) Margraf; two nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Leo and Theresa.

Jim was an avid golfer and longtime member of Scherwood Country Club. He was Supervisor of Shipping for Anderson/Federal Mogul and retired after 35 years of service. Jim was a sports fan; especially IU Basketball and his beloved White Sox. A kind and gentle man, Jim will be dearly missed by his loving family.

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave Schererville. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 beginning with 9:30 AM prayers at the funeral home for a 10:00 AM Mass at St. James the Less Catholic Church 9640 Kennedy Ave Highland with Fr. Keith Virus officiating. At rest Chapel Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Jim's honor may be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area.
