Jeannean "Jay" A. Franczyk (nee Kotlowski)

Age 65, of Hammond, IN passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Jay is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Frank; daughters, Susan Franczyk and Jennifer (Jason Bugler) Franczyk; precious grandchildren, Ava and Alexis Rodriguez; sisters, Sandy (Robert) Scott, Cheri Fowler and Tuseday (Tom) Welsh; and numerous nieces, nephews and fur kids. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Kotlowski and Marilyn Hensley; brothers, Terry, Eugene (Kris), Tommy, Robert (Theresa); and sister, Debbie.

Jay loved animals and nature. She enjoyed gardening. Jay previously worked as an obedience instructor and trained and showed her own "boys" in obedience, field and confirmation.
