Jeremy D. Santos, Sr, age 34, of Chicago, IL, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 4, 2021. He is survived by his beloved wife Claudia Hernandez-Santos; precious children: Noemi Tillotson, Nevaeh Tillotson, Jeremy David Santos, Jr., Ariel Hernandez, Ulises Hernandez, Michael Santos, Anakin Santos, and Ezio Santos; loving parents, father Marcos Santos; mother Donna Chamis; sisters: Tina Arroyo, Dolores Santos; brothers: Marcos Santos, Wayne Kreiss, and Vincent Kreiss; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.

Jay was a happy guy that always had a smile. His passion was cooking and starting up his own business. Jay was a loving husband and a great father that will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home , 7109 Calumet Ave., HAMMOND, IN. A service celebrating Jeremy's life will be held Saturday at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated. Please wear mask and socially distance during visitation.
