John Stephen Ceperich, age 59, of Indianapolis, IN, will be laid to rest at St. John – St. Joseph Cemetery with his parents.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Solan- Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet Avenue, Hammond, IN, 46324. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 AM, at St. John Bosco Catholic Church in Hammond, with Fr. Jeffrey D. Burton officiating.

John was born in East Chicago to John and Ana Ceperich (nee Jovanovic). He died unexpectedly due to natural causes. He is a graduate of Bishop Noll and Purdue University West Lafayette. He is survived by two sisters, Kathy Ceperich and Joann (John) Napierkowski and five nieces and nephews. John was a wonderful brother, doting uncle, and a friend to all. Football and sports were his passion. He is greatly missed.
