Joseph (Randy) Tomsic

Age 76 passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL.

Randy is survived by his wife of  57 years, Florence.  His daughters, Kelly (Joe) Spiller, Jodi (Mick) Hubner. Grandsons, Drew Mendez and Jude Hubner; granddaughters, Delaney and Dailyn Mendez. Mother, Ann Tomsic; brothers, Gene Tomsic, and Jim (Rita) Tomsic; niece, Jacci Tomsic, and nephew, Dean Tomsic.  Preceded in death by son, Scot Tomsic; father, Joseph Tomsic; and sister-in-law, Angie Tomsic.

Randy dedicated his last 18 years teaching MIS at Lewis University, Romeoville, IL. Bingo caller for Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Hammond.  His free time was dedicated to family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN 46375 (corner of Main St. and Kennedy Ave.) from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM with Father Stephen Kozinski officiating service at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
