Julia M. Milobar (nee Barta)

Age 87, of Highland, formerly of Hammond, IN entered into eternal life on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Julia is survived by her daughters, Joanne (Michael) Pivarnik, Jeanne O'Neill, Jayne Milobar and Jamie Milobar; grandchildren,  Rachel (William) Forsythe, Patrick O'Neill, Ryan O'Neill, Cortney Pivarnik, Kyle O'Neill, Andrew Pivarnik and Tyler Seljan; great grandchildren, Mia, Maci and Grant; brother, James (Elaine) Barta; sister, Margaret Oakley; and many nieces and nephews.  Julia is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Peter Milobar; daughters, Judy Seljan and Jenny Milobar; and six siblings.

A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM Directly at St. John Bosco Catholic Church, 7113 Columbia Ave., Hammond, IN with Fr. Richard Orlinski officiating. Julia will lie in repose from 9:30 AM until time of Mass, and services conclude at church. Julia will be laid to rest at St John Joseph Cemetery in Hammond, IN.
