Justine Lynn Bohn

age 13, of Griffith, left us suddenly on Wednesday May 2, 2018. Justine leaves behind to cherish her memory: her parents Jessi Bohn and Frank Hernandez; siblings: Janessa, John, Maddie and Baylee; grandparents:  Lynn (Grammy) and  Ed (Papa) Henson;  Chuck (Grandpa) and  Jan (Grandma)  Bohn; her aunts and uncles: Nikki, Jenny (Patrick), Wayne (Christina), Tina, Ashley, Sophie (Franklin), Melani (Joe), Derrick (Widelie) and slew of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Justine was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents Doris  and William "Bill" Shaw; paternal grandparents Olivia and Elias Hernandez; great grandparents Louise and Laddie Phillips.

Friends may gather to honor Justine on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 1:00 - 6:00 pm at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave Schererville, IN. Stories, memories and prayers will be shared at 5:00 pm by those in attendance. Cremation at Solan Pruzin Crematory to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.

Justine was a fierce, loving and independent young woman. A true "child of the sun", Justine adored being outdoors and possessed a rare and beautiful heart, soul and mind. A gifted writer she penned many stories inspired by her own experiences. This family has suffered an unimaginable loss and our grief is only outmeasured by the unconditional love we will forever carry for our Justine.
