Linda L. Cambell (nee Dunnegan)

Linda L. Cambell, age 86, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

Linda is survived by her loving daughters, Deena Terek and Melody Ann Lape; 3 precious grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her sweet, cherished dog, Dunie. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of many years, Charles Cambell.

Linda had a deep love for country and western music and found great joy in shopping, cooking, and sharing her meals with others-everyone who knew and could agree that her food was something special. A true people person, Linda never met a stranger and was well known throughout the community, often spending time at her favorite local taverns where she made many lasting friendships. She also had a passion for gardening, which brought her much happiness over the years.

Linda will be missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
