Marcella I. Mrjenovich (nee Baffo)

age 98, of Dyer, IN, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024.  She is survived by her loving children:  Ronald (late) Marilou, Glenn (Joanne), Wayne (late) Jenny, John (Cynthia Grueber), and Doreen (Derrel) Peterson; granddaughters: Rori (late, Tom) McDougal, Mary Denise (late, Matthew) Cienkus, Tammi (Anthony) Perry, Tara (Keith) De Rolf, Jamie (Ryan) Streit, Nicole, Katrina (Matthew) Niedermaier, Rachel (David) Hinc; grandsons:  Ronald, Jr., Keith (Sandra), Jack, Andrew, Michael (late),  Thomas (Sohae), Jay; and 19 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, John, of 67 years and parents, Anthony and Rose Baffa.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 from  4:00 – 8:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN 46375. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024, directly at St. Joseph Church, 440 Joliet St, Dyer, IN 46311, with Rev. Peter J. Muha officiating. Friends may visit with the family at 10:30 AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville, IN.
