Marcia Morton (nee Vicksinich)

Age 80, of Schererville, IN passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023. Marcia is survived by her children: Sharal DeRolf, Darryl (Teresa) Carstensen, Denise Modglin and Brian (Kristen) Jeppeson; stepdaughters, Jennifer (Andy) Robertson and Kim (Dean) Sjoerdsma; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren with one on the way; and brother Mark (Vicky) Vicksinich. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Glen

Marcia was a diehard Chicago Bears and absolutely adored all animals. She was fond of flowers and crafting, notable painting, jewelry making, and crocheting. Above all else, Marcia loved spending time with her family

A visitation will be held at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Avenue, Schererville, IN on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 4:00PM – 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, February 10, directly at St. Michael the Archangel Church , 1 E. Wilhelm Street, Schererville, IN 46375 with Rev. Martin J. Dobrzynski officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 10:00 AM until time of Mass. Burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
