Mary G. Doran
Age 63, of Lynwood, IL passed away Friday, September 23, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John; 3 children, Denise (Stanley) Mucha, Janet (Sam) Ogrodny, and Sharon (Adam) Knuth; 11 Grandchildren, Christina, Jonathan, Jennifer, Heather, Ashley, Andrew, Ethan, Elizabeth, Jack, and Scarlett; sister, Therese (late Dan) Feltman; brother, John Steffens; 3 nieces, Debbie, Debra, and Pam; 1 nephew, Danny. Mary is preceded in death by parents, Frank and Grace Steffens and grandson, Nicholas.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9009 Kennedy Ave., Highland, IN 46322 with Pastor Eric Kleinschmidt officiating. Mary will lie in state at the Church from 9:30 AM until time of service. Burial will be private. Friends may visit with the family at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN 46375 (corner of Main and Kennedy) on Wednesday from 2:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
Mary was an artist, and loved her grandchildren dearly. She will be dearly missed and remembered.
