Michael J. Gregoire

Age 58, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018.  Michael is survived by his loving children, Michelle (Stephen) Gregoire and Jennifer (Todd) Stover; grandchildren, Jacob, Izzabella, Nevaeh, Cody and Austin; dear mother, Violet Caruso; sister, Pamela Gregoire; nieces, Victoria (Tony) Cecala and Connie (Scott) Overstreet. He is preceded in death by his father, Milton Gregoire; stepfather, Andrew Caruso.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN 46375 (corner of Main St. and Kennedy Ave.) with Pastor Ron Richmond officiating.  Internment at Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery in Oak Terrace, IL.  Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday morning at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until time of service. Services conclude at the funeral home.

Michael graduated from Glenbard East High School in Lombard, Illinois. In his younger days, Mike enjoyed riding in horse rodeos.   He was an owner and operator semi driver and member of Local #881.He was a member of the Highland First Church of the Nazarene.  Michael was an avid Sox Fan. He loved fishing and was a Pro Bass Fisherman. Michael enjoyed raising his two daughters and helping with his grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Family would be appreciated.
