Olga Kasianchuk (nee Kulbatchenko)

Age 93, of Hammond, IN, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.  Olga is survived by her two daughters, Olga Thomas of Littleton, CO and Andrea (Gary) Swindle of Munster, IN; son, Andrew Joseph (Linda) of Crown Pint, In; 3 grandchildren, Father Mark (Stephanie) Swindle of Pittsburgh, PA, Erin (Ken) Jansky of St. John IN, Jeffrey Kasianchuk of Indianapolis, IN; great grandchildren, Victoria, Anna and Emerson Grace; numerous nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Kasianchuk and grandson, Steven Kasianchuk.

Funeral Services will be held Directly at St. Michael Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 7047 Columbia Ave., Hammond, IN on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 10 AM with the very Reverend Raymond Sundland and Reverend Father Mark Swindle officiating. Mrs. Kasianchuk will lie is state at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond, IN. Friends may visit with the family Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet Ave., HAMMOND, IN.  Parastas at 7:00 PM.

Mrs. Kasianchuk was a longtime resident of Hammond and a member of St. Michael Ukrainian Orthodox Church since 1950. She enjoyed many hobbies involving home-making skills, cooking, baking, needlework and gardening. She lived for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all.
