Olivia Trevino (nee Ledesma)

Age 91,  peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

She was the beloved wife of the late Ruben J. Trevino Sr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love and devotion. Olivia is survived by her sons, Ruben (Tina) Trevino Jr., Rene Trevino, Jaime (Ginny) Trevino, Rick (Karen) Trevino, and RJ (Harley) Trevino; daughters, Maria Gregor and Becky Schauer; several grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben J. Trevino Sr, and daughter, Lupe Houchin.

Olivia will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she gave so freely to her family and friends.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 26th , 2025 from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave. Schererville, IN. Services conclude at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
