Patrica J (Connelly) Ricciardi, 92 of Crown Point, formerly of East Chicago, passed away peacefully at home with family around her, January 27.  Born to Patrick James & Mildred Connelly at Walter Reed Army Hospital, Washington DC. on Sept. 20, 1931.

She met her husband Carmello Ricciardi when she worked at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Carmello, & sons Michael & Tommy. Brothers Thomas & Billy.

Patricia is survived by 2 daughters, Lea(Leon), & Kathleen(John)Emmett. Grandchildren, Barbara(Fred)Woerner, Kevin(Kim)Emmett, Cheryl(Charles)Elliott, Brooke(Christian)Alexander, Carla(Mike)Sierra & Carmello(Cassie)Ricciardi & 13 great-grandchildren.

Pat was a homemaker who loved going out to eat with her family, and sitting by the pool. She enjoyed playing Scrabble & 500 Rummy with her grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kenndy Ave., Schererville, IN.  A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 PM with Deacon Phillip Muvich officiating. Services conclude at the funeral home.
