Patricia M. Warot nee Jercha

age 83, of Highland, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016. Pat is survived by her daughters: Cindy (Phil) Amodeo, Kim (Greg) Hahn and Denise (Jim) Gavin; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister-in-law Pat (Bill) Margraf; two nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Eugene Wells in 1968, Husband James Warot, siblings: Thomas Jercha, Roman Jercha and Betty Jercha.

Pat was a woman of strong faith. She was devoted to Jesus Christ and attended Interfaith Bible study for over 30 years. In faith she also served her community, delivering Meals on Wheels with Jim for many years and singing in the Bereavement Choir at St. James Parish. Pat found great joy in feeding her loving family and was a gourmet cook and baker. One of her favorite activities was to go "saling" with her friends, browsing at local garage sales.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave Schererville. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 beginning with 9:30 AM Prayers at the funeral home for a 10:00 AM Mass at St. James the Less Catholic Church 9640 Kennedy Ave Highland with Fr. Keith Virus officiating. Patricia will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville.
