Miller
age 91, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 2, 2018. Robert was born in Hammond, IN. He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Jeanne Miller, his mother Marie Anne Parent and father Alexander James Miller; Siblings Charles, Bernice, Raymond, Alexander, Edward, Marie, Rose Marie and brother - in-law Daniel Sullivan. Left to cherish his memory are his loving children: Michael (Kathy) Miller, Brian (Tian) Miller, Daniel (Gayla) Miller; Grandchildren: Michelle (John) Ferry, Kelly Miller, Kevin Miller, Nik Miller. Great Grandchildren: Ava, John, Colleen, Luke, Mark Ferry. Brother Roy Miller, Sr., Sister-in-law Judith Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 6 at 10:30 AM Directly at Our Lady of Grace Church 3025 Highway Ave. Highland, IN with Fr. Edward J. Moszur officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 14 Kennedy Ave. Schererville, IN (corner Main & Kennedy) 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. wake service.
Bob was a graduate of Catholic Central High School . He was a retired electrician of IBEW Local 697 for 65 years , a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and a member of Our Lady of Grace Church. Bob loved to fish, Notre Dame football, spending time with his family and wa s very proud of his three boys.
