Rodolfo J. Guzman

age 37, of Hammond, IN, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. He is survived by his loving family; son, Rodolfo Jr.; daughter, Emma Guzman; mother, Aurora Guzman and stepfather, Eddie R. Solorio; brother, Frank (Maria) Rios; grandfather, Pablo Rios; uncle, Roy Guzman; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Rodolfo Rios; brother, Ruben Mercado; grandparents, Charles and Mary Guzman and Sylvia Rios.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home , 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN 46375 (corner of Main and Kennedy) from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service Celebrating Rodolfo's Life will be held on Monday at the funeral home at 10:00 AM and he will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL.

Rodolfo was outgoing, loving, humorous, joyful, vibrant and a great encourager. He was a avid Chicago Cubs and Bears Fan. He loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. In addition to flowers, donations to the family to help his beloved children would be appreciated.
