Maria Del Rosario Garza

On February 4 ^th , 2021, at age 85, Maria Bell Rosario Garza was called home by The Lord. She is survived by her God-son, Daniel Martinez, as well as the Garza and Estevez families. Preceded in death by her loving son, Hector Garza, and her devoted husband, Pablo Castillo.

Maria was a valued employee at Jays Foods INC. for over 40 years and will be remembered fondly by her friends for her love of travel.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home , 7109 Calumet Ave., Hammond, IN from 3:00 – 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 26 ^th , 2021 at St. John Bosco Church in Hammond at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of the family's choosing would be appreciated. Those attending visitation and service are required to wear masks and to follow social distancing protocol.
