Rosemary Bohney (nee Keilman)

Age 82, of Dyer, IN, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. She is survived by her loving children; William Jr., Bonnie (Mark) Wells, David, Daniel (Jody), Gregory (late-Susan), Mary, and Timothy (Angel), 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren; sister, Marjorie (late Paul) Jung; and a Gazillion Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. She is preceded in death by parents, Peter and Louise Keilman; beloved husband, "Bill" William C. Bohney Sr.; and 8 siblings.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 Joliet St., Dyer, IN 46311 with Rev. Terry J. Steffens officiating. Rosemary will lie in state at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service. She will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Cemetery in Schererville, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville (corner of Main and Kennedy) from 2 till 8 PM, with a 3 PM prayer service.

Rosemary was a member and former President of St. Joseph Alter Rosary Sodality. She also ran funeral luncheons at St. Joseph in Dyer, and had prepared the meals for special occasions for the Clergy and Bishops. Rosemary was on the Board and former Director of ARC/Bridges. She would co run with her husband, Bill Sr., the ARC Bowling League in Highland, IN. She was a member of St. John VFW 717 Auxiliary. She was a volunteer at Meridian Nursing Home, and was known for caring and feeding the neighborhood children. Rosemary was devoted to her Family, her Faith, her Friends, and was a loving mother. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of the Calumet, hospicecalumet.org, and ARC/Bridges, arcnwi.com, would be appreciated.
