Sally Evans (nee Stuart)

Age 77, of Hammond, IN passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017.  She is survived by her three loving children Patti (Aric) Hopkins, Paul (Tammy) Evans, and Susan Lizana; 4 grandchildren, Thomas "Precious" Brown, Michael Haynes, Keith Allen Davis; 3 great grandchildren; cousin, Wayne Stuart; and dearest friend, Richard Mikos.  Sally is preceded in death by her husband, George Evans.

A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM , Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home , 7109 Calumet Ave., Hammond, IN 46324.  Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until time of service.

Sally grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was a big sports fan and die hard Cubs Fan.  She was a graphic artist and once worked for Creative Graphics.  She loved crossword puzzles and dogs.
