Scott C. Stelow, Jr.

age 27, of Griffith, IN, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 6, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 3 years, Emily; beloved son, Rusty; dear mother, Bobbi (Dave) Gruca; father, Scott C. Stelow, Sr.; brothers, Blake and Paul Stelow, Jacob Gruca, Justin Gruca; grandparents, Jean (Mike) Tucker and Larry (Brenda) Stelow, and Roberta "Bobbi" Gruca (Ed Wencloff); granny Lola Doss; aunts and uncles, Brad (Carol) Stelow, Terri (Calvin) Schlak, Matt (Stacey) Gruca, Cam (Dan) Clausen, and Jerry Brown; great aunts and uncles; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and precious pets, Hawk and BlkKat. Preceded by his grandpa, Steve (still living, Brenda) Brown.

Scott enjoyed hiking, camping and spending time with his family. He was generous, giving and willing to always help others. He will be greatly missed and cherished by many. In lieu of flowers, donations to Scott's wife, Emily Dinsmore would be appreciated so they can be used for their son's education fund.

A visitation Celebrating his Life will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home , 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Services conclude at the funeral home.
