September Lynn Jansky

Age 40, of Crown Point, IN passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017. She is survived by her loving family; Fiance, Daniel VanEtten of Grant Park, IL; father, George E. Jansky Jr. of Calumet City, IL; mother, Rose Ann Jansky of Schererville; step father, Jesse Long of Merrillville; sister, Amber (Don) Baron of Schererville; nieces, Alexandra, Ana; many dear aunts, uncles, and cousins; precious pets, Lucy, Zoey, and Gonzo.

A Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, March 7, 2017 DIRECTLY at Our Lady of Knock Catholic Church, 501 163rd St., Calumet City, IL 60409 with Rev. Patrick Lyons officiating. September will lie in state at the church from 11:30 am until time of service, and will be laid to rest directly after at St. Joseph Cemetery in Hammond, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Monday March 6, 2017 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home , 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN (corner of Kennedy and Main) 46375 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

September was a volunteer at local animal health shelters.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the local humane society would be appreciated.
