Sheila M. Burton

age 62, of Valparaiso, formerly Hammond, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017. Sheila is survived by her sons James (Kellie) Burton and Dennis Burton; 12 grandchildren; 5 siblings; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Sheila was preceded in death by her son Joseph Burton. Sheila was a loving mother and grandmother whose memory will be cherished by her loving family.

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 7109 Calumet Ave Hammond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 10:30 AM Directly at Our Lady of Grace Church 3025 Highway Ave Highland, IN with Fr. Edward Moszur officiating. Sheila will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time of service. Sheila will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery Calumet City, IL.
