Shelby J. Knight (Nee Mewbourn)

age 84, of Crown Point, IN passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. Shelby is  survived by her daughter, Jeannie (Jeff) Reidenbach ; siblings, Chris Mszar, Irene Loftis and Patsy Orlando; grandchildren, Terry(Rhonda) Pate, Sabrina(Jake) Clark and Joshua(Kim) Throgmorton; great grandchildren, Landon, Logan and Lexi Clark; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; Gladstone Mewbourn and Lucille Konuk(nee Suggs), loving husband of 44 years Jeff Knight; daughter; Teresa Foster, siblings; James Mewbourn, Jerry Konuk and Luby Drummond and grandson, Timothy Pate.

When Shelby was not cooking up delicious meals for her family, she could be found tending to her garden. She enjoyed interior design, shopping and spoiling her great grandchildren any chance she got.  She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at  1:00PM at the Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet Avenue, Hammond, IN. Jason Barnhart officiating.
