Shirley K. Amos, age 87, formerly of Hammond, Indiana, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 in Batesville, Mississippi.

She is survived by her loving partner, William K. Brown of Mississippi, one daughter, Vickie (Amos) Krizanek; two granddaughters, April and Crystal Krizanek; four great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, all of Indiana; and three siblings of Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Amos Sr. and her son, William C. Amos Jr.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home,14 Kennedy Ave., in Schererville. There will be a small service at 1:00 p.m. immediately followed by the burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Shirley was a very loving Wife, Mother, and MeMe. She had a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
