Susie Mae Golden

age 74, of East Chicago, IN, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Susie is survived by her son, Eric D. Fluellen; life partner, Houston D. Grant; sisters, Frankie (Booker)Thomas, Carol D. Kelly, Francine Kelly, Patricia (Tyrone)Brown and Teresa Kelly; brother, Albert (Kelly)Thomas; three special nieces, LaVelencia Washington, Ashley (Randall)Crawford and Asheena Kelly and other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her son, Damon A. Fluellen; parents, William and Johnnie Kelly and brother, Virgil Kelly.

Susie loved to spend her time playing Bingo and thrift shopping. She was very creative and could make something out of almost anything. Susie was quiet, yet powerful. She was always the peacemaker; she will be deeply missed.
