Tamara “Tammy” A. Zimmer (nee Voas)

Age 63, of Schererville, IN, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Joseph J. Zimmer Sr.; devoted sons, Joseph (Andrew H. Degman) J. Zimmer and Brian (Rebecca) M. Zimmer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Terrance and Diana (nee Krause) Voas; brother, Michael Voas.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Church, 7950 Marshall St., Merrillville, IN 46410. Arrangements have been entrusted to Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave, Schererville, IN 46375.
