TAUNYA MARIE LAWLEY
age 33, of Gary, passed away Friday April 17, 2015. Taunya is survived by her children: Alicia, Randy, Arianna and Aliya; parents Pablo and Susan Mendez; siblings Luis (Charlotte) Mendez and Amora Mendez; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; father of her children Randall (Jessica) Lawley. Preceded in death by her aunts Kathleen Gombos and Virginia Gombos.
Taunya was a loving mother, daughter and aunt. She cared for her parents and always put others before herself. She will be dearly missed by her loving family.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 7109 Calumet Ave Hammond with Rev. C.J. Turner officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 12:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
