Thomas G. Blevins Jr. "Tommy"

age 35 of Canaryville, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016. Tommy is survived by his wife Jaime Blevins; children Maron and Morgan Blevins; parents Connie and Thomas Blevins Sr.; siblings Michael (Adrianne) Blevins and Jennifer (Dean Conners) Blevins; grandparents: Donna (late Michael) LoVetere and Sharon Leato; mother in law Mary (late George Jr.) Hudak; sister in law Kelly Hudak; nieces and nephews; Aiden, McKenna, Quinn and Addison; cousin Venus (Terry) Madison. Tommy is also a fond nephew, cousin and friend to many.

Tommy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was formerly employed by Beta Steel in Portage. As a teenager Tommy enjoyed playing football and baseball and was a gifted poet. Above all, Tommy's children were his world and he loved them dearly.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 2:00-8:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory 14 Kennedy Ave Schererville. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 10:30 AM with Dc. Raymond Helfen officiating. At rest St. Mary Cemetery Evergreen Park, IL.
