Warren D. Sabo

Warren D. Sabo, age 76, of Hammond, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 19, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Andrea; sister, Charlene Ray; children: James (late, Donna) Westbrook, Robert (Tracie) Crawford, and Jeffrey Crawford; grandchildren: Carolyn (Dale) Sifuentes, Cathy (Nate) Strong, Andrea (Jake) Supranos, Jessie Crawford, and Jacob Crawford; great-grandchildren: Alana Poole, Allison Poole, Alexie Strong, Nicholas Mezo, and Izaak Soprano; brother in law, Martin (Shirley, dec) Courneya and family; nephew, Gene (Paula) Ray and their son, Cooper; and Warren's special buddies he used to hang out with. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ethel Sabo; and granddaughter Carrie (Mike) Mezo.

Warren was a graduate of Morton High School and eventually retired from Arcelor Mittal. He attended Indiana University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Although Warren was a man of few words, he will be remembered for his loving and caring spirit.
