William Orr May 15, 1936 - October 15, 2023

William Orr, age 87, of Hammond, IN, went to the Lord on October 15, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty Orr; loving daughters Barbara (Scott) Whiting and Laurie (Kevin) Hussey; and beloved grandchildren: Jessica Hussey, Robert Whiting and Ashley Hussey. Preceded in death by his parents, Bernard & Mary Orr; brothers, Jerome and Robert Orr; and grandson, William Whiting.

William retired from the University of Chicago and was an avid fisherman, Cubs and Bears fan.
