Winifred "Winnie" O'Connell

Age 92, of Schererville, formerly of Munster, IN, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018. Winnie is the loving mother of 5 children: Joyce(Gary)Byers, Eileen(Doug)Williams, Dennis(Jayne)O'Connell, John(Adrienne)O'Connell, Thomas O'Connell; loving grandmother of 7 Grandchildren; and loving great grandmother of 6 great grandchildren; and 1 brother. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, John in 2011.

Winnie volunteered at Munster Community Hospital for 27 years. She was a hole in one golfer and avid bridge player. She will be dearly missed. Donations to the Nurses at Community Hospital would be appreciated.
